Sandra is an experienced professional specialized in business transformation processes designed to support organizations and their leaders. Her areas of expertise include formulating analog and digital strategies, aligning projects with the organizational strategy, structuring tailor-made project management models and developing teams. She has more than 18 years of experience in companies in the financial, oil and gas, energy, technology and services sectors. Sandra found her passion in integrating project management with business strategy and devoted herself to building a differentiated consulting model, combining business knowledge with best practices, which has allowed her to make a difference in people’s lives and in organizations.

Sandra is a Systems Engineer, PMP certified since 2001 and holds an MBA from INALDE Business School. She is married, has a daughter and, in her free time, enjoys traveling, music, cinema and sports.
