Leadership that Inspires: Innovation and Vision from INALDE

In her recent talk at INALDE, our managing partner offered a refreshing and profound perspective on leadership and management in times of uncertainty. In a close, dynamic tone, she stressed that, in a changing environment, empirical experience is valuable but not enough: the key is to adopt an adaptive mindset and a clear methodology that makes it possible to manage risks effectively.

During her talk she emphasized the importance of flexibility, collaboration and holding difficult conversations with transparency and humility, making sure expectations are aligned from the start and that teams feel supported at all times.
